Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and our shipping policy is designed to keep you informed about the delivery process.

  1. Shipping Area
We offer shipping services to all of West Malaysia, except for Langkawi Island, Tioman Island, and Redang Island.

Currently we are UNABLE to ship to East Malaysia and Singapore.
 

  1. Shipping Rates
a) We provide free delivery for purchases over RM100.
b) For URGENT ORDERS placed after 8.30am and required for same-day delivery, delivery fees will be charged (via lalamove app) based on the delivery location. For more details, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 019-232 5796.


  1. Shipping Methods
i. Klang Valley area:
a) Same-day delivery by our in house driver. (Orders need to be placed before 8.30am daily)
b) Delivery time: 11am-5pm (Depends on driver route)
c) Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be delivered on coming Monday.
d) For further confirmation, please contact our customer service.


ii. Outskirt area:
a) Included Puchong (Bandar 16 Sierra), Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Sepang, Kajang, Semenyih, Sungai Besar, Tanjong Sepat, Tanjong Karang, Kapar, Telok Panglima Garang, Jenjarom area and others.
(Outskirt area will be treated the same as outstation shipping by Lineclear express)
b) Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on coming Monday, and should be received by Tuesday.
c) For further confirmation, please contact our customer service.
 
iii. Outstation area:
a) Ship by Line Clear Express courier service.
b) Goods will be delivered next day after shipped out.
c) Goods will be packed inside a polyfoam icebox and filled with ice packs for freshness.
d) Tracking number will be provided via email after shipped out.
e) Delivery time: Arranged by the express company.
f) Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on coming Monday, and should be received by Tuesday.
g) For further confirmation, please contact our customer service.
 

  1. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered caused by incorrect addresses.

  1. Self-Collection
Self-collection is only available during working hours at the following address:

Self-collect time : Monday – Saturday 11am-5pm
 

  1. Shipping Date
You can choose your preferred receiving date during the checkout process.
For example, if you choose 15th August:
a) Klang valley area: We will deliver your order on 15th August with our in-house driver.
b) Out of Klang valley area: We will dispatch the parcel on 14th August, ensuring you receive the goods on 15th August.
 
Please note that delivery services are unavailable on Sunday and public holidays. All orders must be placed at least one working day in advance.
Nest Trend reserves the right to withhold delivery of order if any terms and conditions are not met.
